Our Harvesters wild harvest from naturally & abundantly occurring Moringa oleifera trees in our harvest area.
The trees have been growing in abundance for the past 150 years amongst the natural African bushveld in the area surrounding the harvesters village.
The Harvesters have access to a valuable natural resource that can be sustainably harvested but previously lacked the knowledge & processing infrastructure to produce a fine quality Moringa leaf powder that meets all international food safety standards.
The harvest area is very remote with no formal infrastructure and no formal capitalized agriculture. Unemployment and poverty was close to 100%.
Since 2006, Supa Nutri has provided the training, hygienic processing & distribution to market logistics.
Your purchase brings economic independence for our harvesters who can now consistently provide food & clothing for their families, have clean drinking water & can afford to pay school fees for their children.
